Job Title: Resident Representative (Federal Road Safety Corp)
Job Location: FRSC Information Processing Centers (Nationwide)
Reports to: Account Manager
Key responsibilities:
The Resident Representative's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Training of FRSC IPC staff
- Providing Level 1 Support dealing with enquiries from FRS IPC officers and external customers (applicants)
- The Resident Representative functions as the information channel escalating unresolved needs of the client (FRSC IPC officers and applicants) to the Account Representatives/ Customer Support Unit and give feedback to the clients
- Managing the resources (such as systems, internet etc) in their IPC jurisdiction
- Providing weekly report to the Account Manager
- Prevent and eliminate fraudulent activities during application for driver's license as requested by the FRSC authorities
